There are a total of 11 items.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a bit surprising that Subaru hasn&#8217;t done this before, given the emphasis Subaru places on dogs. The brand recently launched a marketing campaign called &#8220;The Underdogs,&#8221; for example, which encouraged people to adopt dogs with special needs from shelters.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the most well-known Subaru and dogs mashup is the commercial series featuring a family of Golden Retrievers driving one of their cars. However, logically, none of the accessories from this series are aimed at canine drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Even though the brand&#8217;s commercials show them behind the wheel, it&#8217;s not really a good idea to let your dog drive your car, even if it&#8217;s a Subaru, as dogs generally have poor driving skills, often lack a license, and most insurance policies do not cover canine drivers.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Subaru, the brand that wants us to love their cars as much as we love our pets, has now announced that they are selling a line of vehicle accessories for dogs and cats.
