Edicion especial Citroen C3

This is the Citroen C3 Saint James, a new limited edition special version of the brand’s Ford Fiesta rival, created in collaboration with the famous French fashion house.

Similar to a special edition Citroën C3 offered in Japan in 2019, the new C3 Saint James is based on the C3 Shine trim level and draws inspiration from the French brand famous for the striped jersey uniform it created for the French Navy in 1858.

That explains the new nautical touches of the C3 Saint James. The roof graphics feature the characteristic blue, white, and red colors of Saint James. The same subtle signature is also available on both front doors and the rear of the vehicle.

A range of body colors is offered, including a white or black roof. All models feature 16-inch glossy black diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Inside, the C3’s Advanced Comfort seats are upholstered in gray material illuminated with a decorative chevron band, above which sits a beige vinyl cover. They also feature red stitching and Saint James labels.

Elsewhere, white stitching is used on the lower parts of the seats and on the dashboard. A chrome edge around the gear lever and a small Saint James badge in front of the handbrake complete the changes.

Since the new C3 Saint James is based on the C3 Shine, there is an extensive list of standard equipment, including windshield wipers and headlights, rear parking sensors, LED headlights, a 7.0-inch infotainment system that works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, climate control, and lane departure warning.

Two versions of the C3 Saint James will be offered, both with a 1.2-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine from the automaker.

The cheaper option is the PureTech 83 with 82bhp and 118Nm of torque, equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox. There is also the more powerful PureTech 110 engine with 109 hp and 205 Nm of torque. It comes with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Citroën has not confirmed how many special editions of the C3 Saint James it plans to make but has announced that the first deliveries will start at the end of July.
